
Controls
You can control the ActivPanel i-Series in the following ways:
- With the buttons on the control panel on the front of the device.
- With the buttons on the remote control.
- Using touch to manipulate menus and controls on screen.

Troubleshooting
No Sound
– Try increasing the volume of the speaker.
– Check that the ActivPanel is not turned off.
– Check the ActivPanel volume level.
– Make sure the correct input is selected.
– Make sure the correct cables are properly connected.
– Check the volume level on your computer.

Remote control not working
– Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted.
– If reinserting the battery has no effect, please replace the battery’s.

No power
– Make AC power cable is securely connected to the power outlet.
– Make sure the AC power is switched on at the wall socket

No image or displaying incorrectly
– Make sure either the VGA or HDMI cables are connected to both the computer and ActivPanel correctly
– If your computer and the display are displaying different images, select the windows key + P on your keyboard and select duplicate.

No Touch input
– Ensure the USB cable is connected to your computer and the ActivePanel correctly
