Syncing OneDrive or SharePoint files

To sync a OneDrive or SharePoint Document library to your machines use the following steps.

In your browser navigate to the OneDrive or SharePoint files you would like to sync.

Click on Sync to start syncing the files to your machine.

Depending on the amount of files you are trying to sync will depend on how long this process may take. Once the files have finished syncing you will be able to access them under Creative Education Trust followed by the name of the SharePoint site and library.

Files will appear on your machine with a cloud icon next to them, indicating there is currently no local copy of the file on your machine.

Once you open a file you will see a green tick indicating there is now a local copy of the file on your machine which will be kept in sync with the copy in the cloud.
